Paris Fashion Week for the Fall/Winter 2009 Prêt-à-porter (ready-to-wear) collections is in full swing and today marked the Vivienne Westwood runway show at the beautiful Place Vendôme in Paris.
As we told you earlier, Dame Westwood has taken a serious liking to Pamela Anderson, featuring the actress in her Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign. Ms. Anderson was then asked to be a special celebrity model at Westwood’s Paris Fashion Week show for the Autumn/Winter 2009 collections.
At today’s runway show, Pamela Anderson modeled not one, but three distinct ensembles.
First, dressed as an angel, she strutted down the catwalk in a pink tutu, knee socks, and platform shoes. According to the Telegraph, “[her] hands were tied behind her back in a reference to the world’s apparent inability to halt global warming.”
Second, she wore hot pants and a skin-tight sports jersey, also wearing the same knee socks and platform shoes as from the previous outfit.
Third, Pamela donned a black skirt suit, veiled in black gauze. When Anderson came out a the end of the show with Vivienne Westwood — and still wearing this ensemble, though having removed the veil wrap — she experienced a momentary wardrobe malfunction and ended up inadvertently flashing one of her breasts to the guests.
